During the 2-day workshops experts and practicioners from Skanska, Strabag, Spaczyński Szczepaniak i Wspólnicy (SSW) will discuss the most important problems occuring in connection with buidling projects execution.
During this meeting attendees will learn how to properly enter into contract in a building process, how the process of supervision over accurate execution of contract should look like and what are the means of insuring the contracts. Moreover, we will discuss the part of subcontractor as well as their responisibility, issues connected with early termination of a contract, and the way of building contract's reckoning in a case of business failure.
Workshops are organized by Nowoczesna Firma, and are aimed at all subjects occuring in a buidling process from the side of investor, contractor, companies who finance building works and people who are dealing with contracts.
