CiJ Awards were given out on 8th November in Warsaw's Hotel InterContinental. Echo Investment got a second time in a row a title of Retail Developer of the Year and an award of Developer Sales Team of the Year.
The award Developer Sales Team of the Year - Office & Retail is an accolade for departments of retail sales and office. In this's year contest Echo Investment got eight nomination in categories: Retail Developer of the Year, Office Developer of the Year, Office Development of the Year (Malta Office Park), Leadership of the Year (Krzysztof Giemza), Marketing & PR Team of the Year, Developer Sales Team of the Year - Office & Retail.
CiJ Awards Contest was organized by Construction & Investment Journal. Polish edition is held from 2002. Awards are given for the the best entrepreneurs and projects on property market.
Echo Investment is a Polish public liability company dealing with investment-development activities. It is connected with office spaces, shopping malls, retail-entertainment centers, apartments, hotels and property management. The company has in its portfolio 90 implemented projects in Poland, with a total space of 800 000sqm. Echo Investment runs also in Romania, Hungary and in Ukraine. The company is currently planning building of modern office complex Tryton in Poland, and manages a construction project of Development Park Complex in Warsaw.
