59 million Euro for Warta Tower

Helaba is financing Warsaw's office Warta Tower which belongs to Chmielna Inwestycja, Kulczyk Holding S.A.

Helaba, German bank, will finance Warta Tower office with 59 million Euro. The structure is located in Warsaw. Means were transferred to Chmielna Inwestycje company, Kulczyk Holding S.A.

Warta Tower was built in 2000 and offers 28 000sqm of A-class office space. The structure is located in a Central Area of Business in Warsaw. Building consists of 20 storeys and is 82 metres high. Warta Tower consists of two integrated parts - high tower as well as of 6-tier base. Office has been completed in a high standard with a representative part designed by Wiesław Olko and decorated with sculptures of the artist, Barbara Falender. In the building, there is also atrium as well as green arrangements in adjacent gardens.

Warta Tower is a registered office of TUiR "Warta" S.A., company providing insurance services.

Kulczyk Real Estate Holding S.a r.l. (KREH) was established in 2008 and belongs to Kulczyk Inwestments. KREH started a company joint venture with American company Silverstein Properties, Inc. (SPI). Kulczyk Silverstein Properties was established in 2010 and is a private development and investment company running on the international markets. It deals with building and getting office and commercial properties in the Middle and East Europe. Shareholders of KSP have about 3,25 million sqm of commercial and housing spaces on the area of USA and in the Middle-East Europe.

Helaba bank has been active on the Polish market for many years.
