ECO LEED training courses in Warsaw

In March the next edition of the LEED official training courses will be held in Warsaw.

The training course will be held on 12 and 13 March in Warsaw and will be conducted by Agnes Vorbrodt, the Founder and Vice President of PLGBC (Polish Green Building Council) and the only USGBC Faculty in the region of East-Central Europe. Trainings will be about LEED 201 and LEED 251 BD+C.

Courses are designed for those who would like to pass LEED Green Associate and LEED AP exam.

The first training on LEED 201 gives the foundation for preparation for LEED Green Associate exam. Participants will learn more about the exam as well as will receive necessary learning materials and knowledge on basic topics related to the LEED certification. Training participation fulfils the formal requirement to take GBCI exam.

With LEED 25 BD+C training, knowledge necessary for realisation of projects certified in LEED CS and LEED NC systems will be acquired. This is the official training course preparing for LEED AP BC+C exam and a continuation of LEED 201 training.

Courses are conducted in Polish which is facilitation for participants; however, learning materials and presentations are provided in English. All participants receive a course completion certificate, distributed by USGBC.

To date, PLGBC has trained over 200 people. A continuation of LEED courses on different levels is planned for May, July and October during the annual PLGBC Green Building Symposium. Trainings will concern not only new buildings (BD+C), but also already existing ones (LEED for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance) and interiors (LEED for Commercial Interiors).
