The second phase of the office complex Poleczki Business Park in Warsaw has received the Gold LEED certificate in CS (Core&Shell) category. The certification process concerned B1 and C1 buildings with total area of 21,000 sq m. The buildings were commissioned in June 2012.
Since the beginning the complex, constructed by UBM and CA IMMO partnerships, was built according to sustainable building industry. During the certification process investors were assisted by VvS | Architects & Consultants.
“Building's certification in the LEED system provides leaseholders with the highest quality,” says Agnes Vorbrodt, Principal at VvS| Architects & Consultants, LEED AP BD+C. “Besides higher work efficiency, thanks to environmental finishing materials office spaces in Poleczki Business Park will guarantee high work comfort with access to natural light in 100% of offered space."
A guarded bicycle parking with 150 spaces will encourage leaseholders of the second phase of Poleczki Business Park to healthy lifestyle. In April 2013 Poleczki Business Park private station in the Vertulio bike rental system is to be opened.
The complex is located in Poleczki Steet in the Warsaw's district Mokotów. All buildings are to offer in total 210,000 sq m, which is the biggest investment currently carried out in Poland. Office, commercial, exhibistion and logistic areas as well as all kinds of business facilities are to occupy each complex.
