An Incubator in Kielce

A Technology Incubator is being created the capital of the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship as a part of the Kielce Technology Park.

Wojciech Lubawski, the president of Kielce, is the person who came up with the idea to create this place. He wants young people to realize their dreams establishing new companies in the Technology Park in Kielce (KPT). KPT has been based on the experience of the best parks and technology incubators in Europe, e.g. Manchester Science Park or Technopolis.

This modern technology complex is located on Olszewskiego Street. It stands out thanks to the attractive infrastructure and investment areas. KPT is divided in two sectors: the Technology Centre and the Technology Incubator. Its activity will focus on real estate and development and business services. The future tenants will be provided with a complex support system.

The building of the Technology Incubator offers over 4 500 sq. m of space. The property is divided in parts: offices, storage space, laboratory and production space, training and conference rooms and open-space modules. The building will be able to accommodate about 70 companies. The Technology Incubator will start its activity in September.
