In Jerozolimskie Avenue a new office complex, executed by Bouygues Immobilier, is being built.

Completion of construction of Miasteczko Orange (Orange Small Town), an office complex in 160 Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw, is planned by the second quarter of 2013.

"The new head office of the TP Group is going to be one of the most modern office complexes in the capital city. Execution of such technologically advanced investment gives us the opportunity to use rich experience of the Bouygues Immobilier Group and to implement solutions which were successfully applied in other countries. The biggest challenge was to design a building which would both meet expectations of the whole TP Group and international standards on modern buildings, a building with an interesting design and multifunctional character which in future will enable flexible space arrangement. Extremely important factor was also pro-environmental character of the investment, consistent with sustainable development policy of the Bouygues Group," says Laurent Tirot, General Director of Bouygues Immobilier.

Six-storey complex construction began in the first quarter of 2011. The building in total amounts to 43,700 sq m of the lease area, including 3,000 sq m of the conference area and a two-storey underground car park with 1,000 parking spaces.  Qatar Holding LLC is the investor, Stanisław Fisher is the main architect, and Karmar S.A. is the main contractor of the civil works. The only leaseholder is the TP Group.

"The new head office of the TP Group is one of the most essential elements of our policy. It will enable us to locate all organisational units under the same roof. These units cooperate very closely, yet until now they have been situated in different locations. Thus, this change will allow us to reduce operating costs," said Maciej Witucki, the President of the TP Group.
