ECO Miasteczko Orange completed and sold

Bouygues Immobilier company has completed constaruction of Miasteczko Orange (Orange City), which will become the new headquarters of Orange Polska. The project was sold to Qatar Holding.

Construction of Miasteczko Orange (Orange City) has been completed in 160 Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw. Grupa Orange, the sole tenant of the project, will settle in the building in September 2013. After the construction works had been completed, the building was sold to Qatar Holding, which belongs to Qatar Investment Authority.

The office complex was realized by Bouygues Immobilier Polska. At the end of 2009 the company signed an agreement with Orange Polska to realize the buildings in build-to-suit system. The project was finished in July 2013.

The project is first joint venture of Grupa Bouygues Immobilier and Qatar Holding. It is also the first investment project of Qatar Investment Authority in Central Europe.

Miasteczko Orange is one of the most advanced buildings in Warszawa. It meets strict environmental requirements and focuses on well-being of the people working in it. Openness and communication were one of the main assumptions of the investment. I am confident that the completed project is a huge success of the investor, client and Bouygues Immobilier Polska as the developer. It is proved by the satisfaction of such a significant tenant and internationally renowned investor – says Bruno Le Corre, CEO of Bouygues Immobilier Polska. The fact that Bouygues Immobilier Polska completed the first office complex and demonstrated know-how at the project makes us one of the main players on the Polish property market. Miasteczko Orange is a referential project for other investors and tenants – adds Bruno Le Corre.

Miasteczko Orange was designed by an architect Stanisław Fiszer. The complex, as indicates the name, is a small city, where 3300 employees will enjoy such facilities as canteen, grocery, kiosk, café, fitness club and green park with a fountain and wooden terrace. Users will also have access to fully equipped kitchens.

There are five six-storey buildings joined at the level of ground and first floors. The project provides 45 000 square meters and 1050 parking lots for cars and 120 for bicycles. Underground there are also cloakrooms and showers for cyclists.

At the design stage Miasteczko Orange was certified with BREEAM Very Good.

ta inwestycja od początku budziła duże zainteresowanie. Bardzo mi się podobają wnętrza - eleganckie i proste, a także tereny zielone.
