The complex will be located at the junction of Bułgarska and Marcelińska streets on a six-hectare plot. Nine buildings will be constructed there of a total office and commercial space of 80 000 sq. m. The developer will apply for the LEED certification.

The construction of the investment has been divided in two phases. The first one is planned to be completed in the years 2013-2014.
