The plot on which Sobieski Business Park will be erected is situated nearby the Royal Route in the Warsaw district Mokotów, at the junction of Sobieskiego and Sikorskiego streets. Its developer is Europlan, which has just received construction permit. The sole agent responsible for commercialisation of the first stage of the complex is Cushman & Wakefield, commercial real estate brokers and consultants.
The complex is going to consist of three buildings offering 30,000 of total office space. The first stage of construction will consist in creating 7,900 sq m of office space on seven storeys, including 365 sq m of commercial space. The building will meet BREEAM requirements.
Europlan, the developer, plans to put the building into service in 4Q 2014. At proximity of Sobieski Business Park, there is a network of cycle routes and new infrastructural investments, such as a tram route, southern Warsaw ring road and city ring road.
Europlan is also the investor of the Warsaw office block Fenix, whose sole tenant is Bank Ochrony Środowiska. The company has been active on the Warsaw real estate market since 2005, developing office and residential investment projects.
