The construction of the Feniks office building situated in the centre of Warsaw has begun. The building’s architectural concept has been created in the Archico Project studio. Modzelewski & Rodek, a subsidiary of the Austrial construction company PORR, is the general contractor.
Europlan is the developer of Feniks, a building which will offer 9 000 sq. m of office space together with an additional commercial space on the ground floor. The cost of the investment amounts to almost 100 million PLN. The construction will be financed from a loan granted to the investor by PKO BP SA. The building is planned to be commissioned in December 2012. CB Richard Ellis, a consulting firm which is the only agent of this office building, will manage the marketing and the renting of the office space.
