The certificate received by T-Mobile Office Park is very prestigious – on this level it is held by only 34 office buildings in Europe, from which only 5 are completed. The rest received the certificates on design level. The prominent example of BREEAM Excellence certificate holder is Science-Montoyer – the headquarters of European Parliament. The complex is the sixth building in Ghelamco Poland's portfolio that received the environmental certificate.

From the very beginning, T-Mobile Office Park was implemented in accordance with the regulations of BREEAM certification, however it was proceeded not before the construction was over. The investment gained 73,44 points, which was enough for Excellent grade. No other office building in Poland has ever received such a high one.
BREEAM evaluation process, which takes into consideration the most crucial aspects of sustainable construction, is a perfect tool of managing investment project on all of its three stages: the preparation of architectural project, then the process of construction and finally, the actual usage of a building. During each stage, we look at a project with future perspective and include all aspects of sustainable buildings: from “soft” ones, such as comfort, health and good mood, to “hard” ones – the rates of e. g. energy efficiency and water consumption. We are really pleased that our efforts and involvement in sustainable construction was awarded so highly. BREEAM Excellent for T-Mobile Office Park is a great honor for us and also a motivation for the next improvements of our projects.
