Łopuszańska Business Park is composed of two office buildings which offer 16 000 sq. m of modern office area. The complex is located at Łopuszańska Street. There are 320 parking places in the underground garage. Furthermore, the building was commissioned in 2013. The list of tenants of the structure includes i.a. Alior Bank, Allianz, Cemex and Mitsubishi Electric Europe. Łopuszańska Business Park received the BREEAM certificate with a Very Good grade.
Katowice Business Point – a structure located in the Upper Silesia – has 16 800 sq. m of modern office area at its disposal. The structure is situated at Ściegiennego Street in close proximity to the Silesia City Center shopping mall. Its employees may benefit from 200 parking places in the underground garage and additional places outside the building. The project was commissioned in 2010. Its main tenants are i.a. Alior Bank, Tauron, PwC and Grupa Żywiec. Moreover, the building received the BREEAM certificate with a Very Good grade.
