ECO Savillis to replace JLLS in commercialization of Poleczki Business Park

Savillis will join Colliers International in the commercialization process of Warsaw's Poleczki Business Park.

From the beginning of October Savillis will replace Jones Lang LaSalle and together with Colliers International it will take care of commercialization of Poleczki Business Park.

Poleczki Business Park is created by Poleczki street in Warsaw. The complex is being constructed by UBM and CA IMMO companies. The plan includes creation of 15 office and services buildings with a parking lot with many levels. The investment is going to be one of the biggest business parks in Central Europe and will offer a total of 210 000 msq of office space. Currently the preparations for the third phase of construction are underway.

The complex is being created in accordance with the requirements of balanced construction. Buildings constructed in the second phase received LEED CS (Core & Shell) certificate on Gold level. Poleczki Business Park is located near Okęcie airport (3 kilometer distance) and city center (10 kilometers). Close to its location are express roads S2 and S79. For unmotorized users of the complex, two shuttle buses are provided which will transport passengers to Imielin metro station and Okęcie airport off charge. Veturilo bike station is to be included in the park.

The complex is a seat of many companies, including: Beckton Dickinson, USP Zdrowie, Astellas Pharma, Stryker, Maquet Polska, Getinge Polska, Pflaiderer Grajewo and Pompidou creative agency.
