The official opening ceremony has recently been conducted in the Krakow Kotlarska 11 office building. The representatives of the city and the developer, tenants and guests have participated in this event.
What is the new Krakow office building like? Kotlarska 11 delivers 9000 sq. m of office space and ca. 2500 sq. m of service space to the market. It is worth pointing out that this investment is situated in the neighborhood of Bulwary Wiślane (Vistulan Boulevards), ca. 500 m away from the historical Krakow's Kazimierz district and 5 minutes away from Grzegórzeckiego roundabout or Galeria Kazimierz. Such location allows employees to use public communication due to close proximity to tram and bus stops. The investor has also taken employees who commute to work by their own cars and bicycles into consideration and prepared a car park for 190 vehicles and some parking spaces for bicyclists. Apart from the car park, the bicyclists have also other dedicated facilities at their disposal. The architectural project of Kotlarska 11 was devised by Pracownia Ingarden & Ewy Architekci whereas Porr Polska performed the role of general contractor. The project was financed by Raiffeisen Landesbank. The office is currently for sale.
The investment was commissioned in accordance with the schedule. The first tenants have been using the office premises since the beginning of November. Apart from Chatham Financial (1600 sq. m), the list of tenants in Kotlarska 11 will be soon extended by the following companies: Grand Parade (6800 sq. m), Red Flag Group (400 sq. m), Corvil (410 sq. m) and Olimp canteen's operator – says Sebastian Vetter, Member of the Board of UBM Polska.
Kotlarska 11 has succeeded mainly due to its boutique character. Perfect location, rich infrastructure for bicyclists, green relaxation zones and high quality of performance in accordance with the LEED Platinium certification are the main assets of this investment – says Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Regional Director and Partner, Knight Frank.
