ECO CBRE has become the manager of Warsaw's Atrium 1

CBRE has been chosen as the managing company of a currently under construction Warsaw's office building Atrium 1.

Atrium 1 is been created by Skanska Property Poland in the strict centre of Warsaw, by Jana Pawła II Ave. The office building will offer 16 300 sqm of A class office space. It meets the highest requirements from energy saving and pro-ecological areas, which makes it yet another step in the creation of 'green' plan of Skanska – 'Deep Green'. Many environmental friendly solutions, such as geothermal heating and cooling, LED lighting systems, light intensity control, and the recycling of so called grey water i.e. the water coming from, for example, rain. The building's users will be able to make full use of optimal air conditioning systems, basing on cooling beams, CO2 detectors and low-emission construction and elevation resources. Atrium 1 has LEED pre-certificate on Platinum level.

CBRE has created a real estate management department in Poland in 2009 and in 2011 it has bought Euro Mall Centre Management (EMCM), the company specializing in managing commercial real estate in East – Central Europe. Currently, in our country, CBRE manages 26 office, commercial, storage and multi-functional real estate of a total combined space of 700 000 sqm.
