Astrum Business Park is being built in Wlochy District, Warsaw. The owner of the building, Irydion (its participant is Prochem S.A.), decided to entrust commercialisation of the investment to Colliers International - an international consultant in real properties sector.

The first stage of the project has been commenced. We plan to commission over 22 000 sq. m. of office space in the mid-2015. The date of commencement of the stage II will be depend on potential tenant’s interest – said Jaroslaw Stepniewski, president of Prochem S.A.
Such services as a canteen, a coffee shop, a newsstand, an ATM as well as an ecologic car wash are included in the design. The investment is in the process of certification in the ecological BREEAM scheme.
As Warsaw Research Forum’s research show there is an increasing number of companies from the IT and new technologies sectors chose Ochota and Wlochy (especially the Zachodni part of Aleje Jerozolimskie) for their registered offices. I am sure that the perfect location of Astrum Business Park at the intersection of Lopuszanska and Aleje Jerozolimskie as well as the close proximity to the WKD station will be important during selection of the project for potential tenants – comments Marta Wiewiorowska-Kudla, Office Space Department – Landlord Representation, Colliers International.
Astrum Business Park is located in the vicinity of the western part of Aleje Jerozolimskie. The construction of the investment begun in the middle of this year. The first tenant of the complex is Prochem S.A. as well as related companies, which in June 2015 are going to occupy 4000 sq. m. of surface.
