This means that the construction works of Postępu 14 have entered the next stage. According to plans, the ground floor will be finished to June, and the facade - to the end of October. The installation of the ground slab begins the next stage of the implementation of the investment. So far we were lucky - the weather was good. I hope that when we go above the ground, the weather conditions will also be conducive to continuing the construction works of this exceptional office block, said Stanislav Frnka, CEO of HB Reavis Poland.
The complex implemented by HB Reavis in Warsaw will offer more than 34 000 sq. m. Postępu 14 was designed in the architectural studio Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci. The design is characterised by pro-ecological solutions and effective interior layout. The building is to be powered solely by energy from renewable sources. In the car park, there will be 20 powering stations for electric cars. Postępu 14 is certified in the system BREEAM with the assessment Excellent.
Postępu 14 is a unique project, located at the intersection of Postępu i Marynarska Street. Thanks to its location it will offer its tenants the proximity of the bussiness centre of the city, the mall Mokotów and Warsaw Chopin Airport. In the vicinity of the office block, there are also many service and commercial points. We plan to make also the ground floor of the building available for rent for such entities, commented Stanislav Frnka.
The construction works of the investment started in November 2013, and they are to finish in the second quarter of 2015. Postępu 14 is the third office complex of HB Reavis in the capital city, after Konstruktorska Business Center in the district of Mokotów and Gdański Business Center on Inflancka Street.
