Foksal City was designed by architectural studio Juvenes, which made reference to the art deco style in the characteristics of the facade. In the hall, granite floors have been used, and the walls are finished off with sandstone. The building offers 2825 sq. m of rentable office space, located on 5 floors. On the ground floor, there are three service and commercial points, and in the underground - a car park. The general contractor of the building was the company Mermaid Construction.
The office block is characterised by environmentally friendly, energy-efficient solutions. It applies for the ecological certificate BREEAM with the assessment Very Good. In Foksal City there are, among others, air conditioning in the VRV system, artificial ventilation and electrically tilted windows.
