For the building of three business parks, which will be in Poland, is responsible swedish developer, company SwedeCenter, which belongs to the Inter IKEA group. Realization of one of the business parks, Business Garden Warszawa, has began.
Complex will offer office, hotel, conference, commercial and service space. Investment include 7 buidings, situated on the area of 6 hectares, from which 60% is biologically active. The saving systems for water and energy, environment controll and carefully selected building materials fulfil the assumptions of balanced growth and compliance with LEED certification.
Main contractor is company Hochtief Polska. Studio JSK Architects is responsible for the project.
