HB Reavis company had decided to sign a credit agreement with Bank WBK. The loan worth 24.9 million euro will be used to refinance the building office B complex of Gdansk Business Center.

The signed contract is a proof that the office property segment has a growing confidence of financial institutions. This is also a confirmation of the excellent business prospects of this investment, which is an example of our increasing commitment to the Polish market. This agreement, the bank has confirmed the high quality of our buildings and our credibility as a business partner - says Stanisław Frnka, Country CEO at HB Reavis.

Gdansk Business Center was certified BREEAM rated "Very good", as well as certified "green energy". Used in addition to the technological and ecological, it is worth paying attention to the green courtyard of the complex, open to all residents of the capital. In the future, it will be filling with dining options and landscaping elements.

The project is located at the intersection of Anders and Inflancka Streets in Warsaw, near the Railway Station Gdansk, which - as admitted by Brendan Long, director of the Department of Real Estate Finance BZ WBK - contributed to a positive decision of the bank to grant the loan.

The complex will include four buildings, two of which (A and B) have already been completed in the first half of current year and offer a total of 46 000 sqm. office space. Completion of the entire project has scheduled for early 2016. Building A is a sixeen-storeyy skycraper with atypical and glass façade, while the lower half object B is characterizing by an original façade made ​​of sandstone "Teakwood" originating in India.

The tenants of office space in Gdansk Business Center has already i.a.: KPMG, SNC Lavalin Provident and Coloplast.
