The building with 2500 sq. m of floor area and nearly 12 600 sq. m of cubature will be built at Traugutta Street, in front of Łańcucki Zakład Komunalny registered office. The structure will have form of a square and internal court. Its elevation, in turn, will be made in white, black and grey colors. Construction works will start this year.
The investment, which has been entrusted to our company, includes i.a.: building of office and administrative structure, garage building with hand workshop, areas intended for washing cars and for seeing eye dogs, coops for dogs and parking places as well as maneuvering area with 2219 sq. m – says Andrzej Malinowski, constructing supervisor. – Within contract, Skanska will also perform gas, sewerage, central heating, telecommunication, ventilation installations and heat terminals between buildings. The partnership will develop the area, build pavements, entrances and make lighting as well as the area’s enclosure.
It is not the first investment of Skanska in Podkarpacie. The partnership has already built i.a.: bypass of Stalowa Wola, Biecz, Pilzno and northern detour of Rzeszów, yachting stanitsa by Tarnobrzeskie Lake and the first in Poland round footbridge for pedestrians. The company is also the general contractor for universities in Podkarpacie – Rzeszów University of Technology, University of Rzeszów and Instytut Teologiczno-Pastoralny.
