Pre-certificate was granted in „Core & Shell Development” category.
Promenady ZITA complex was distinguished mainly for the fact of making green areas around the building available to people from the outside. Moreover, the high grade was granted thanks to the implementation of energy model providing efficient using of systems, application of effective sanitary systems leading to reduction in water use and also implementation of a system enabling watering green with rainwater.
LEED Platinum pre-certificate for the first building in ZITA complex is a great success for us and feather in our cap. The investor of the office complex is Vantage Development. The first stage of the structure was commissioned in October 2014. At present, there are 70 per cent of area rented by such companies as: Fortum Power and Heat Poland, Impel Security Poland, Impel Cleaning and OPM Facility and Services Management. The building of the second stage started in September and it will last ca. 12 months. Savills advisory agency is responsible for commercialization.
Promenady ZITA offers 21 120 sq. m of office space class A, located in the northern part of Wrocław at Antoni Słonimski Street, 3 km from the Market Square. Promenady ZITA are the part of a multifunctional Promenady Wrocławskie complex which occupies 15 ha of area in the close proximity to revitalizing waterfront of Oder. Next to Promenady ZITA office building there will be another certified office structures – Vantage Development is planning to deliver jointly over 90 000 sq. m of offices.
