Nearly 500 sq. m of office area were rented by Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak legal office. It is going to move into the structure in March 2015. The biggest tenant of Silesia Business Park is a global PwC consultancy company which hired additional 500 sq. m and it will occupy jointly over 6 800 sq. m from 15th November. Currently the realization of B building is being carried out in Silesia Business Park complex. Its commission is planned at the turn of the third and fourth quarter of the following year.
Katowice is an incredibly perspective market, especially in respect of development in service sector. It is confirmed by ABSL report which points out that till the end of the following year the employment in the industry will reach 17 500 people.
