It is a prestigious and small project located in the very heart of Warsaw. The building received LEED Gold certificate in Core & Shell category. Chmielna 25 is the 13th structure, the management of which IVG entrusted to us. Therefore, the area of properties which are managed by our company exceeded one million sq. m – comments Agnieszka Krzekotowska, chairman in Real Estate Management Department, Colliers International.
The structure offers 1700 sq. m of commercial and service area as well as 4500 sq. m of offices placed on higher tiers. The users of the building will benefit from an underground garage for 25 cars. The author of the architectural project is Bulanda & Mucha studio. Chmielna Street is located in the quarter of such streets as: Aleje Jerozolimskie, Marszałkowska, Świętokrzyska and Nowy Świat.
IVG investment fund became the owner of the structure in December this year. Colliers International, in turn, conducted a due diligence analysis of the project.
