Dubois 41 is located in Wrocław at the crossroads of Kurkowa and Dubois Streets on the Oder river. A 7-tier building is going to deliver 6800 sq. m of office space class A and 700 sq. m of area intended for commercial and service functions. The investor of the project is the Nacarat developer company.
Our office is distinguished by terraces on each floor with a beautiful view at the river or urban landscape. Moreover, we also concentrated on the area around the building in the process of designing. Dubois 41 meets all conditions required by modern companies. It has a perfect location, comfortable equipment in the building and ecological solutions which were implemented at the construction stage. Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for maintenance of the property, relations with tenants and reporting the building's owner. The structure was designed in accordance with conditions of a green construction and it received the BREEAM certificate. The first tenant of the building is Parker Hannifin. The commission of the Dubois 41 structure is planned on June this year.
