PHN pays out 1.3 zloty of a dividend per share

General Meeting of Shareholders of Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA decided that it will intend half of the profit for the year 2014 for paying out of a dividend for shareholders. The dividend will amount to 1.3 zloty per share.

General Meeting of Shareholders of Polski Holding Nieruchomości voted through a resolution concerning distribution of the last year's net profit of PHN SA in the amount of 120 813 141.13 zlotys on 1st July. According to decision of General Meeting of Shareholders, 60 664 307.60 zlotys will be intended for paying out of a dividend for shareholders in the amount of 1.30 zlotys per share. The remaining part of the profit – that is 60 148 833.53 zlotys will supply the supplementary capital and it will be intended for i.a. realization of new developer projects of PHN. 


At making a decision, the General Meeting of Shareholders followed an intent declared in the strategy of PHN SA about distribution of increase in value of the company with shareholders in the form of paying out of a dividend. Moreover, it took a present financial situation as well as planned cash flows of a capital group into consideration – especially envisaged investment plans and possibility of gaining financing for their realization – says Włodzimierz Stasiak, Member of the Board in Polski Holding Nieruchomości SA who is responsible for finances of the company.  


The day of right to a dividend was settled on 19th August 2015 whereas the day of paying out of a dividend was planned on 26th August 2015.
