The Twin City B building, which is being realized by HB Reavis, is going to offer 22 000 sq. m of office area class A and 1000 sq. m of commercial and service area located in the city center of a business district. It is the second building from three planned structures which belong to the first phase of the Twin City complex, thanks to which the resource of Slovakian office, commercial and service area will increase by 65 000 sq. m at the turn of this and following year. The commission of the structure is planned on March 2016. At present, thanks to signage of a pre-let contract with Swiss partnership from the reinsurance industry – Swiss Re, the company is rented in over 90 per cent.
HB Reavis received financing of the investment from a bank called Československá obchodná banka. The value of the credit amounts to 43 million euro. We are very glad about the support from Československá obchodná banka. After completion, the investment will be one of the most important points on the map of modern office area in Bratislava. The Twin City project was divided into twelve stages. It will result in a modern business district established to keep the balance between work and relaxation. There will be i.a. green areas, large underground garage or numerous stands for bicycles with changing rooms and showers for bicyclists. The Twin City buildings were designed in accordance with requirements of the ecological certification in the BREEAM system with an Excellent grade.
