The building of a 155-meter structure owned by Echo Investment, which is currently being realized at Jan Paweł II Avenue and Grzybowska Street, started in 2013. Works at realization of the last floor of the office were completed in September this year. The building of Q22 has taken 9.4 thousand tons of steel and 34 thousand sq. m of concrete. The completion of the structure's realization is planned at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2016. The progress of works on the investment's area is being investigated by a camera. The last film presents particular stages of realization. The first shots started in November 2014 when the third floor of the aboveground tiers of the structure was realized.
Q22 is being realized in the business center of Warsaw. It is going to offer nearly 50 000 sq. m of office area. The ground floor of the building will be occupied by a representative glazed lobby and office premises will be located on the floors from the second to the fourteenth as well as from eighteenth to thirty-ninth floors. The remaining part, that is 14-17 levels, was intended for special functions, e.g. conference center, fitness club or restaurants. The structure received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level with the result of 79.1 per cent, which is the highest note in this category in Poland. The building's project was prepared by Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio in cooperation with Buro Happold Polska. The value of the investment amounts to 500 million zlotys.
