Adgar Poland signed a contract with Bank Zachodni WBK for refinancing in the amount of 75.2 million euro. The concluded agreement includes two credits – the first one in the amount of 54.3 million euro (for 10 years) and the second one in the amount of 20.9 million zlotys (for 7 years). The obtained means will be intended for repaying of current liabilities and new projects.
Next to realized investments, that is modernization of the Adgar Park West office complex and establishment of AdgarFit, sport and recreation zone which is a part of this complex, the company is also planning new projects which will be partially supported by new financing. After completion of modernization in Adgar Park West and successful beginning of AdgarFit sport zone, we would like to engage in new projects on many fronts. We are planning new investments, modernizations and purchase of other properties – says Eyal Litwin, chairman of Adgar Poland. The plans include building of a new office, data center, modernization and re-commercialization of one of the owned buildings as well as purchase of other offices.

Adgar Poland is a developer, owner and manager of office properties who is actively functioning on the Warsaw market. It owns e.g. Adgar Plaza, which is a one complex with Adgar Business Center, in its portfolio. The company purchased an office building with the size of 14 000 sq. m in the third quarter last year. The structure is located in the Mokotów district and it was named Adgar Wave.
