Colliers International was chosen as a manager of Adgar Wave – an office and service building located in Mokotów district.

The building was purchased by Adgar Group in October and it will be the fifth property – after Adgar Plaza A, Adgar Plaza B, Adgar Business Center I and Adgar Business Center II – owned by a company managed by Colliers.

Firstly, we are going to focus on optimization of structure functioning and introduction of energy-saving solutions aimed at decrease in operating costs. I think that as a next stage we would like to receive an ecological certificate which will confirm the energetic effectiveness in the building. Other properties, the management of which was delivered to us by Adgar, are now in the process of certification – explains Katarzyna Jaśkiewicz, senior manager of properties in Colliers International.

Adgar Wave is a structure class A, offering over 14 000 sq. m of office and service area. The structure, which is totally rented, will undergo a number of changes. According to CEO in Adgar for Poland – Eyal Litwin, in the building there will be i.a. program to service tenants, new car park system and new signage system. Moreover, the area around the structure will be modernized.

In Poland, Colliers International manages sixty buildings with the total area of nearly million sq. m. Within last four years, the portfolio of the company has increased by 80 per cent.
