ECO Use permit for the second stage of Alchemia complex

The second stage of Gdańsk investment owned by Torus – Alchemia complex – received a use permit.

The second stage of Gdańsk investment owned by Torus Alchemia complex – received a use permit. The project is composed of two office towers (with the names Ferrum and Titanium) located on the joint four-tier basis. The realization of the second stage started in December 2013 and its ceremonial opening took place in October this year during which the third stage of the complex was presented.

The newly realized structure, which is currently totally commercialized, will hold headquarters of companies such as State Street (the whole office tower), Wipro IT Services and Alexander Mann Solutions. At present, the building is in the process of obtaining the LEED certificate. The investment has already received the pre-certificate at the highest Platinum level with one of the highest point results in the country.

 

The structure is one of the four stages of the investment which will combine office area with the most desirable services related to sport and recreation (1st stage) of the market as well as health (2nd stage). At present, works at realization of the third stage of the complex are being conducted. It will offer nearly 36 000 sq. m of office area and nearly 3000 sq. m of space dedicated to accompanying services, within which the mall passage will be realized.

 

Alchemia is a multifunctional business complex. The first stage of the project – buildings Aurum and Platinium – offer 16 700 sq. m of office area. They were commissioned in December 2013. Among its tenants there are such companies as Gdańskie Wydawnictwo Oświatowe, Kemira, Dynatrace, Cognizant, Regus, MOL, Manpower or Grupa Progres.
