The Management Board of Echo Investment informed that two subsidiaries: Astra Park – Projekt Echo – 69 and PHS – Projekt CS signed a preliminary agreement with FTF Columbus owned by Michał Sołowow. In result, Echo Investment will be able to sell the Astra Park office investment in Kielce. The seller and PHS will be obliged to sign a promised contract provided that the purchaser requests for such a contract in the period from 10th June to 10th August 2020.
The agreement was signed with the proviso that all precedent conditions will be fulfilled, e.g. obtaining of consistent tax interpretations, issue of proper documents by an existing lender, obtaining of all unconditional agreements for expungement of mortgages burthening a property; issue of proper certificates confirming that seller does not have tax arrears. The estimate value of the property included in the agreement amounts to ca. 31.4 million euro.
Astra Park is a complex of three buildings located at Solidarności 36 Street in Kielce. It offers 16 200 sq. m of office space for rent. The complex was commissioned in 2007. At present, it holds such headquarters as Echo Investment, Cersanit and Barlinek. DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne Sp. z o.o. was responsible for the architectural project.
