We are glad that such a renowned representative of technology industry as William Demant decided to trust us. This global company with international reputation has headquarters in the most prestigious locations. The fact that another agency of the company will be located in Q22 is the greatest testimonial and confirmation of the highest quality of the investment. The finishing works and commercialization of Q22 are being conducted in accordance with the schedule. We will announce other contracts in the nearest time – says Michał Żelski, Senior Leasing Manager, Echo Investment.

The tenant was advised by Department of Office Areas in CBRE in the process of negotiating the contract. The decision of William Demant about creation of a center responsible for research and development is a perfect confirmation of the potential of Poland. According to data of the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS), the outlays for research and development activity in Poland are becoming more and more bigger, and grants as well as co-financing make that Poland is an attractive place to locate business centers. The still developing office market in Warsaw offering world class office projects such as Q22 and the access to well-qualified and ambitious personnel attract the most important foreign investors who see development potential for their businesses in our country – says Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, Chairman of Department of Office Areas, CBRE.
