A symbolic perch was hung on the Poznań office investment Bałtyk in the half of June this year. Thus, the realization of the shell building came to a close. A topping-out ceremony is a very important stage in realization of investments, which emphasizes regularity and planning of the process and it is a one-day celebration of engagement of both employees and partners. At present, more than 40 per cent is rented by 7 tenants and we are going to realize two other contracts within the nearest days. We are continuing several advanced commercialization processes. If we finalize them, the building will be rented in 90 per cent – says Michał Włodarczyk, Partner of Garvest, one of the investors of Bałtyk.

Bałtyk is a 66-meter-high building composed of 16 aboveground as well as 3 underground tiers. The structure is being realized at Roosevelta 22 Street in close proximity to Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie (Poznań International Fair) and Dworzec Główny Railway Station. Except for offices, there will be also restaurants, cafes, jazz club with live music and fitness center. MVRDV Dutch architectural studio, which cooperated with Polish architects of NO Natkaniec Olechnicki Architekci, is responsible for the project of Bałtyk. The completion of the investment is planned on the first half of 2017.
