Sienna Center was commissioned in 1998, but, due to a systematic modernization, the offer of the office is still attractive for tenants. The building was awarded the BREEAM IN-USE certificate.

The consulting company Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for conducting an audit and awarding the BREEAM IN-USE International 2015 certificate to the Warsaw’s office complex Sienna Center. The building was granted the following grades: Very Good for Asset Performance and Excellent for Building Management.

BREEAM IN-USE International confirmed that Sienna Center, managed by Cushman & Wakefield, maintains its high level. Numerous investments and modernizations additionally enhanced both the quality and the comfort of use of the complex. We are planning to continue our work in order the building could be still competitive on the Warsaw’s office market – says Grzegorz Dąbrowski, Property Manager, BREEAM In-Use Assessor of the Department of Property Management of Cushman & Wakefield.

Sienna Center is a complex comprising three office buildings of the total leasable size amounting to nearly 20 000 sq. m. The building offers e.g. flexible opportunities of shaping the leasable space, modernized air-conditioning, two-level underground car park and well-developed infrastructure for bicyclists. The building is rented in nearly 100 per cent. The owner is CA IMMO.

Sienna Center has recently undergone revitalization of common areas as well as numerous modernizations in the area of enhancing energetic effectiveness of the installation. We are pleased that Sienna Center was awarded the BREEAM IN-USE International certificate. The modernizations had a crucial impact on enhancing its standard and contributed to maintaining a high vacancy rate – says Kamila Piekarska, Asset Management of CA IMMO.
