LBP Manufacturing Poland belongs to a global investment group – Pritzker Group. The company specializes in production of packages for the gastronomic industry. LBP Manufacturing Poland rented more than 5000 sq. m of warehouse space with office part in the Logicor complex situated in Łódź.
We made a decision on staying in the warehouse park – Logicor – due to several reasons such as a good location for our employees, quality of space, convenient options of transport, distribution not only in the country but also in Europe as well as an opportunity of further growth – says Brent Denniston, Senior Vice President of Global Business Development, LBP Manufacturing.
The registered office of LBP in Łódź occupies more than 4400 sq. m of warehouse space and representative office of the size amounting to more than 600 sq. m.
The specific nature of a production company like LBP requires delivering of such space which can be adjusted to a number of technical requirements set out by a tenant. Additionally, an extremely important aspect is location and access to qualified personnel. Logicor Park Łódź is situated at Manewrowa Street in Widzew district. A great asset of this location is close proximity to important communication roads (warehouses are located 20 km away from the A2 highway and 30 km away from the A1 highway).
