Queisser Pharma Poland has just joined the group of tenants in Nefryt. The Polish department of the international pharmaceutical company rented 300 sq. m. The tenant was represented by the consultants of AXI IMMO during the lease transaction.
Queisser Pharma GmbH & CO.KG is an international producer and distributor of drugs, medical devices and dietary supplements. The company has a headquarters in German Flensburg and it is a part of Dethleffsen Holding. It conducts development policies in other countries, the main element of which consisted in creating Queisser Pharma Poland and launching a new head office in Warsaw.
The opening of a new department in Poland is an element of the new strategy. The Polish market has a great potential and thus we decided to start looking for a new office in Warsaw. We needed space in a small building for team which is responsible for marketing and promotion of such brands as Doppelherz and Protefix. Comfortable communication for employees, close proximity to the airport, accessibility of parking spaces and additional facilitations in the neighborhood such as shops, services or restaurants were priorities for us – says Renata Kasprzyk, General Manager of Queisser Pharma Poland Sp. z o.o.
Queisser Pharma decided to conduct a process which consisted in searching, arranging and organizing a new head office in Poland within over 2 months. We have conducted a thorough analysis of client’s needs and potential locations and buildings which meet our criteria. After joint negotiations of lease conditions from legal and financial side, we could proceed to the next stage of the process. We managed to settle some details on optimization of fit-out for our target space during numerous technical meetings. The consultancy of office design, the coordination of design works and their reception topped out our joint efforts – says Emil Chwieduk, Office Negotiator of AXI IMMO.
Nefryt is a 7-tier building which offers 15 000 sq. m of office space class A and nearly 1500 sq. m of commercial and service space. The office will be erected at the crossroads of Domaniewska and Rodzin Hiszpańskich Streets in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The architectural project was devised in the JEMS Architekci studio.
