Regus Occupies Office Space in Mokotów

Regus has chosen the heart of the Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

Regus is a deliverer of solutions in the field of flexible working environment and mobile work. It owns ca. 3000 office centers all over the world. The company lets office space, virtual offices, the so called business saloons and conference halls.

Regus has rented ca. 950 sq. m of office space in Villa Metro at Puławskiej Street in Warsaw. The launching of this new center is planned on Q2 2018. The lessor is Reform Company 3, an enterprise related to the investors of the Warsaw shopping mall Blue City and Blue Office, which is connected with it in one complex. Regus was advised by the experts of JLL during the process of searching for a new location and negotiating lease conditions whereas the lessor was advised by CBRE.

Regus currently owns its offices in seven Polish cities. They are situated in 20 buildings, 11 of which are located in Warsaw. The company launched its new centers in Katowice, Wrocław and Warsaw this year. However, it is not all. The company plans further expansion. Several lease contracts are currently being finalized.

Our client has very ambitious plans related to the Polish market. The company aspires to diversify its portfolio by offices of different size and of different standard and location in order to reach larger groups of clients.
