Heweliusza 18 Won’t Be Higher

Heweliusza 18
A new office building situated in the city center of Gdansk – Heweliusza 18 – is currently under construction. This investment has already reached its highest point.

Heweliusza 18 has reached its highest point, that is 37 m. The building will deliver 10 000 sq. m of office space on 9 tiers. There will be 72 parking spaces on two levels and 200 stands for bicyclists. The investment is awarded BREEAM at the Excellent level.

Heweliusza 18 is the newest project of Apollo Rida Poland. The building was designed by JEMS Architekci. The first tenants will move into Heweliusza 18 in September 2018. This modern office building and the residential building, which is currently being executed, will complete the undeveloped plot in the city center of Gdansk.

Furthermore, the frontages of Heweliusza and Rajskiej Streets will be restored within this investment, along which commercial premises will be located. What is more, there will be also a public square for inhabitants serving as a decorative element of the neighborhood as well as a relaxation place.

Our investment constitutes a counterbalance for the existing office complexes situated in Gdansk. We would like to offer attractive and perfectly equipped office areas situated at this prestigious mid-town address to our tenants. We wanted to create a special project which will set new standards on the market in Tricity – sums up Rafał Nowicki, CEO Europe at Apollo-Rida.
