Neptun office building is situated in the Gdańsk Wrzeszcze district. The investment was completed in 2014. GTC has been the owner since 2016. The purchase constituted a part of Hines’ portfolio. Neptun Office Center offers 16 100 sqm of modern office space and 160 parking spaces. The close neighborhood to the railway station, bus stations and the main artery that connects Gdańsk with other metropolises of Tricity (Gdynia and Sopot), provides perfect transport conditions. The building is one of the most recognizable office properties in Gdańsk.
In 2016, we purchased 72% of the leased property at a very attractive price. Great property and asset management allowed us to change the image of the building, thus the whole available space has been leased. The sales of the building generated some funds and now they can be intended for reinvestments and we can partially share with them with other shareholders – says Thomas Kurzmann, Chairman of the Board at GTC.
The purchaser and the seller were represented by Avison Young and CBRE during the transaction process.
