Vector+: A Step Towards Commercialization

CBRE consulting agency carries out a commercialization process of the Vector+ modern office building situated in the Warsaw’s Wola district.

Vector+ is a modern office building and first such investment in the newly developing part of Wola at the crossroads of Obozowa Street and Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue. There are over 14 000 sq. m of leasable space, the major part of which is occupied by offices (13 690 sqm of available space). There will be also a terrace for tenants with the view of Warsaw (237 sqm).

The office building will be equipped with BMS (Building Management System) and awarded the BREEAM Very Good certificate, which assesses quality and impact of buildings on the environment.

Vector+ is a place with creative potential for both beginning businesses and large companies that search for unique location with a new perspective. It’ll perfectly fit the space thanks to the interesting architectural solutions. We’re satisfied about signing this contract with Profbud and we’re going to represent the investment among tenants – says Radosław Pawlak, Director of Office Space Department at CBRE.

CBRE, a consulting and investment company that operates in the commercial real estate sector, is experienced in such operations. Its employees will commercialize the investment and the first tenants will relocate to the building at the beginning of 2019.

The cooperation with CBRE allows for exchanging experiences and more effective satisfying of the expectations set by our future tenants. Vector+ is an exceptional project that erects in the developing northern and western part of Wola. What distinguishes us against other investments is undoubtedly the very broad choice of means of transport, including close neighborhood of the newly launched SKM station. We attach great importance to such aspects as quality, work comfort and relaxation. We’re satisfied that the first tenants are going to relocate to this office building in the first quarter of 2019 – says Paweł Malinowski, Chairman of Profbud.
