The project comprises five A-class 4-storey office buildings, office space of ca. 12,000 sq m. each one, with the hotel and the conference-exhibition centre as well. The total area of all buildings amounts to 85,000 sq m.
BCB Business Park has a perfect location on 9 Azymutalna Street, just one minute from Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport and 5 minutes by car from Tricity bypass. Till 2015 Metropolitan Railway will be routed through the area, linking this part of the city (Gdańsk Rębiechowo) with Gdynia.
The construction work started in November 2010. Currently B1 building is under construction with 9,250 sq m leasable area (from 1,900 to 2,550 sq m on each floor). Completion of the building will take place at the beginning of 2012. The completion of the investment is planned for the beginning of Q2 2012.
