Rise.pl, a Polish operator of co-working space and service offices, has chosen Galileo for its third location in Krakow.

Rise.pl has leased 1450 sq. m of office space in Galileo in Krakow. The owner – GTC – was represented by an exclusive agent – Savills – during the transaction process whereas the lessor was represented by FYI Commercial Consulting Agency. Rise.pl will deliver services in Galileo from April 2018.

Rise.pl specializes in flexible working places for short-term lease as well as supporting services for business such as virtual office, accounting and aid in company registration. The operator is available in four Polish cities (Warsaw, Rzeszow, Katowice and Krakow within their own and LC Trade franchised offices) and in Czech Republic. The company has been present on the market since 2003.

We’ve been observing a dynamic growth of the flexible working place sector within last months. Rise.pl has been present in Poland for quite a long time. It has a strong position mainly in Krakow, that is a city of origin. The presence of such operator will allow current tenants of the building to lease serviced office for a short period, which is a very convenient solution in the case of quick launching an additional project – says Dariusz Karwański, Director of Office Space Department, Lessor Representation, Savills.

Galileo (together with Edison buildings, Pascal and Newton) belongs to the office complex, whose developer and owner is GTC. The building is situated at Armii Krajowej Street. The building offers 10 600 sq. m of office space. The complex underwent a complex modernization this year which included green pergolas around the investment, a new tenant’s visual identification and reception lobbies of three buildings.
