DKV Euro Service is an European leader on the fuel and service cards market. The company will occupy nearly 2000 sq. m of office space in Nowogrodzka Square, that is the whole fifth floor. The pre-let contract was concluded for 5 years. DKV Euro Service is the first tenant in Nowogrodzka Square. The building owned by Yareal is currently under construction. The commissioning is planned on spring 2018. The office will offer 11 000 sq. m of office space in total with a passage and underground garage.
The choice of Nowogrodzka Square, which is situated in the strict city center in Warsaw, for a new head office of DKV Euroservice Sp. z o.o. was made due to its optimal location which is very important for the majority of employees. What is more, the surroundings is of great value for work comfort in daily management. A modern and large space allows for interesting interior design. Therefore, we can create a place for our employees which meets their expectations, strengthens their sense of fulfillment and satisfaction. We invited the whole team to work on this conceptual project of interior design. I hope that this new office will favor establishment of social relations, creative exchange of thoughts and meetings in inspiring atmosphere and thus it will influence the new culture of work which has a chance to occur during this removal – says Michał Bałakier, Director of Sales, DKV Euroservice in Poland.
I am convinced that this first tenant of Nowogrodzka Square will appreciate the cozy atmosphere of the building as well as its unique location. Not only a new office with exceptional architecture but also an inner-city public space with a green and big-city passage connecting the office with the area between calm Nowogrodzka Street and lively Jerusalem Avenues will be erected in this peculiar surroundings of modernistic adjacent tenement houses. Nowogrodzka Square is our next high quality boutique office building – says Eric Dapoigny, Chairman of Yareal Poland.
Nowogrodzka Square is a 6-tier office building designed by the HRA architectural studio. Its solid fits the historical context of pre-war tenement houses adjacent to the office. There will be gastronomic, service and commercial premises on the ground floor of Nowogrodzka Square with the total space amounting to ca. 500 sq. m. On the highest tier, in turn, all tenants will have a big terrace at their disposal. The office will also offer 148 parking spaces in the underground garage as well as spaces for bicycles.
