Yareal Poland was chosen for a general contractor of a new registered office of BGŻ BNP Paribas in Warsaw. The building is to be completed in the first six months of 2020. The headquarters of the bank is to meet the requirements of green construction according to the BREEAM certification.

BGŻ BNP Paribas signed a lease contract with Yareal, according to which the bank is to occupy 22 000 sq. m, that is 80 per cent of the entire building. It is to be placed on the plot which is owned by Yareal at the crossroads of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa Streets.

We are really proud that such a prestigious bank as BGŻ BNP Paribas entrusted us the realization of a new registered office. We believe that this decision is the best evidence of high quality of our projects. We are a niche market player and we want our investments on the market in Warsaw to be characterized by the highest quality. Our projects are an alternative to high office towers situated in the city center. As Yareal, we offer office areas for big companies which search for a headquarters in an attractive location meeting high requirements of the corporation market with efficient and flexible setting of space, developed green terraces and lower costs of lease and exploitation – says Eric Dapoigny, Director of Yareal Poland.

The new building is to be the next investment of the company after its major project, which is currently being realized in the city center, that is Nowogrodzka Square. Nowogrodzka Square is a small office building of the size amounting to 11 500 sq. m with a wide green passage, which is being realized on the plot between Aleje Jerozolimskie and Nowogrodzka Street.

The eco-friendly character of the investment is to be confirmed with the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The project of the building was devised in the Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci architectural studio.
