Ocean Office Park complex will be situated at the intersection of Nowohucka and Klimeckiego Streets. The first phase of the investment is currently being carried out. The building will be a 5-tier office building. There will be one additional underground level with a cark park holding 120 vehicles. According to the developer, the 4th tier is currently being completed.
The first building of the Ocean Office Park complex will be the example of unique architecture thanks to the so-called double skin effect, i.e. two layers of glass with a wavy cutting line. It'll result in the positive thermo-isolation and acoustic effect as the interior will be additionally protected against noise from the outside. These are only some out of many other assumptions of this special design. Thanks to the applied solutions, the project was awarded the BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
According to the developer, Cavatina Holding, the 1st phase of the Ocean Office Park complex should end in Q4 2020. Thereby, office space and premises for gastronomic and service activities, including restaurants, cafes, grocery, kindergarten and medical center, will be ready by then. There are also relaxation zones in the closest surroundings.
