Welcome in Equator II

The office building obtained the occupancy permit. Medicover/Damian, WSiP and Regus are the first tenants.

The Equator II office building in Warsaw, the second phase of the Equator office complex, obtained the occupancy permit. Medicover/Damian will be the first company to move into the building. WSiP and Regus will also have their seats there.

The building situated on Aleje Jerozolimskie offers to the tenants a total rental space of 21 300 sq. m. Until now, also during the construction of the investment, over 14 000 sq. m have been rented. The biggest agreement has been concluded with AON, which will occupy 2 160 sq. m on the 11th and 12th floor. Its employees will move in in Marcg 2012.

The complex has been constructed by Zenith Real, a company owned by Grupa Karimpol. PORR was the general constructor of Equator II, while the Jones Lang LaSalle consulting agency was responsible for its commercialization.
