Vantage Development has chosen the genaral contractor of the Delta 44 complex. On the basis of the tender process, the developer from Wrocław entrusted the construction works to Wrobis, which is a part of Grupa Mostostal.
The project inludes the construction of a 4-storey complex of a total rental space of 3 860 sq. m, including over 2 700 sq. m of office space. The remaining space will be occupied by commerce and service facilities.
The construction works will begin at the end of October. If everything goes according to the schedule, Delta 44 will be finished by the end of the next year.
