After a preliminary audit the Enterprise Park office complex in Kraków has been entered in the BREEAM register with an expected “very good” grade. The project’s audit has been made by Grontmij Polska.
Enterprise Park will consist of three office buildings of a total space of over 28 000 sq.m. The first premises in buildings A and B are planned to be commissioned in September 2012. Avestus Real Estate is the developer of the complex.
According to the certification rules elaborated by BRE, the final BREEAM certificate will be granted after the space is commissioned.
